He is doing "Swiming With Sharks" in the west end this autumn . Second time round with Christian, I did the image for his "Cuckoo's Nest" in 2004 . Then it was all screaming and wild gestures, this time it was more twitching on the spot as we moved lights fractions of inches around him..........
